Todd is your loan guy. But if we want to get fancy about it, he’s responsible for this operation (as well as the lingering smell of hot wings in the office).
Although he doesn’t take himself too seriously, he is damn serious about ensuring that every single person who’s entrusted him and his team with their home financing, confidently get into the home of their dreams.
He’s been in the mortgage biz for over a decade (“The Original Originator”), and is one of the most knowledgable lenders out there, but he didn’t get into lending because of his passion for mortgages. He’s in it because of the joy he gets from giving people the opportunity to build their lives in a home they love.

Carolyn Simon
Carolyn is your new best friend and she’ll get you home! As the Loan Coordinator, she will most likely be the first person you speak with on our team to gather your information and get you scheduled to meet with Todd for your pre-approval.
Once you find that dream home, she gets our clients from accepted offer to closing. She will gather all necessary documents for the underwriting process and make it fun along the way!
Carolyn can’t wait to meet you and walk with you through your home buying journey. Nothing brings her more joy than helping you find the house of your dreams.

- Equestrian champion. Nothing scares her, even jumping 1300 pound animals through the air.
