Todd is your loan guy. But if we want to get fancy about it, he’s responsible for this operation (as well as the lingering smell of hot wings in the office).
Although he doesn’t take himself too seriously, he is damn serious about ensuring that every single person who’s entrusted him and his team with their home financing, confidently get into the home of their dreams.
He’s been in the mortgage biz for over a decade (“The Original Originator”), and is one of the most knowledgable lenders out there, but he didn’t get into lending because of his passion for mortgages. He’s in it because of the joy he gets from giving people the opportunity to build their lives in a home they love.
