Todd is your loan guy. But if we want to get fancy about it, he’s responsible for this operation (as well as the lingering smell of hot wings in the office).
Although he doesn’t take himself too seriously, he is damn serious about ensuring that every single person who’s entrusted him and his team with their home financing, confidently get into the home of their dreams.
He’s been in the mortgage biz for over a decade (“The Original Originator”), and is one of the most knowledgable lenders out there, but he didn’t get into lending because of his passion for mortgages. He’s in it because of the joy he gets from giving people the opportunity to build their lives in a home they love.

She’ll get you home! Once you find that dream home, Carolyn gets our clients from “accepted offer” to closing. As the team’s Transaction Manager, she will gather all necessary documents for the underwriting process and make it fun along the way!
With many years in the mortgage industry, she has seen and heard it all. Carolyn helps our clients navigate this tricky process we call underwriting, and she’ll be your best friend by closing day!

- Equestrian champion. Nothing scares her, even jumping 1300 pound animals through the air.
- Used to be a clown and is still a professional balloon artist.
- Mama to 3 beautiful girls.
